We are currently looking for highly motivated salespeople who have design skills, enjoy working in a team environment, and understand how to sell by providing great solutions to our clients’ problems. You would be responsible for selling cabinets, countertops, and various other building materials. Being versed in quoting and selling the installation side of projects is a plus, but not necessary. You will have support for this. Our showroom is set up for you to be successful at selling a complete kitchen or bath project. We offer competitive compensation plans and 401K with match.

Applicants should have some or all the listed requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• At least 5 years of experience selling kitchen and bath remodeling
• An acceptable level of computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite)
• 20/20 design software experience or CAD equivalent (or be willing to learn) 
• Previous experience estimating remodeling labor a plus but not necessary
• Willing to drive to perform in-home consultations in the Miami Valley and Dayton Markets
• Interior Design Experience/Education is a plus, but not necessary

The Installation Specialist is responsible for delivering the project on time, within budget, and exceeding customer expectations. You will be the face the customer sees in their home daily and will need a positive professional outlook and appearance. You will be a great influencer of the brand perception of LKD and will be valued and acknowledged for it. 

You will be responsible for providing our clients with an experience that delivers a high level of professionalism, customer service, and quality. This is a steady, year-round employment opportunity.

Applicants should have some or all the listed requirements:

• Able to communicate well with others and work well in a team environment
• Able to maintain a clean, safe, productive jobsite
• Able to maintain a schedule and keep projects on track
• Qualified candidates should possess rough and finish carpentry, drywall, paint and tile experience. Electric and plumbing are a plus.
• Basic computer and Smart Phone skills are necessary
