First We Listen
We will visit your home and talk about your goals and ideas
for the new design.
With this information we can start to discuss possible investment ranges for the project.
Once that has been established we can start making suggestions for possible design ideas and the scope of the remodeling work.
Your designer will briefly explain our design process, and we will establish our next step.
Design Work
You Enjoyed Your First Meeting
We now have prepared preliminary design work and cost estimating for your project based upon the knowledge we acquired at our first visit.
Your designer will walk you through your first glimpse of the design on our 3-D drawing program and go over the numbers.
You will also get a tour of the showroom so you can be certain that we have the products you are looking for.
Design Retainer
So Far, So Good
We feel it is only fair that you have more than one meeting before we ask you to make a small commitment to us.
At this point you have seen preliminary designs and costs, visited our showroom, and have had at least two meetings with your designer.
If you are still having fun, we will enter our Design Retainer, and we will continue the design process.
Details, Details, Details
Congratulations
Now we really dig into the design process.
Your designer will take you on a journey through the design and finalize the little details that make all the difference.
They will guide you through product selection and you will start to see your final design come to life.
Final cost will be established and contract will be reviewed and signed with a down payment.
Your Design Is Coming Home
The Moment You’ve Been Waiting For
When we signed the contract we established an approximate start date for project, that day is here! This is exciting.
Our installer will meet with you that first day and discuss the project, go over details of where we can store things, how we will communicate if you are not home, and many other details, so you are comfortable with how things will be moving forward.
Our installers will be glad to answer any questions you may have before we get started.
Walk Through & Final Touches

Well it’s done, and you can’t believe it’s yours.
Enjoy! Your designer will have one more meeting with you to look over the project and answer any questions you may have.
We will also address any punch out items that you would like addressed.
We will make sure you are satisfied before we call it finished.
